MEP Services

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) refers to these aspects of building design and construction. MEP's design is important for planning, decision-making, accurate documentation, performance- and cost-estimation, construction, and operating/maintaining the resulting facilities.

MEP consists of:

  • 01. Electrical Cable abd Cable Tray Installation
  • 02. Utility Piping work

UPS

Mechanical - Utility Design

  • 01. For preparation of utilities layout based on sizing process & other utilities
  • 02. Detail engineering design Preparation of piping layout
  • 03. To design sufficient capacity compressor, chiller & cooling tower based upon information available from various machines input requirements
  • 04. Electrical power and lighting systems including transformer substations and emergency power generators
  • 05. Interaction with the client and prepare preliminary schemes for approval
  • 06. Prepare procurement of specification for various indigenous bought out items & package equipment's
  • 07. Preparation of cost estimate

GI Piping

Galvanized Iron Pipes These pipes are widely used for conveying raw water & distribution of treated water in majority of rural water supply schemes, where the requirement of water is less. Mostly medium quality GI pipes are used. These pipes are cheap, light in weight and easy to handle &transport & easy to join. The GI Pipes are generally used for distribution of treated or raw water in rural or urban areas. These pipes are cheaper, light weight and easy to handle. GI pipes uses: Water & Sewage pipes. The GI Pipes are generally used for distribution of treated or raw water in rural or urban areas. These pipes are cheaper, light weight and easy to handle.

PPRC Industrial Piping

PPRC stands for polypropylene random co-polymer. The infrastructure of any building is solely dependent on the quality of material used in it. It brings our attention to the pipes and PPRC pipe is the one in common use especially for hot & cold-water systems. Industrial piping for transferring water, sanitary liquids, liquid food products, compressed air, and aggressive chemicals eg. highly acidic or alkaline solutions. Building central radiator heating water, usually in a circular loop piping arrangement. PP-R pipes are used to build hot and cold water systems, including central heating systems. PP-R pipes are a part of building heating system, including floor, wall and radiant heating systems. PP-R pipes can be directly purified water drinking water supply systems.

Industrial Hydraulic Piping work

Hydraulic hoses are used for two primary purposes; to allow movement between two port locations or to reduce the effects of vibration. Hydraulic hose can also be used for secondary reasons, such as for ease of installation or availability of hose manufacturing equipment. What is Hydraulic Piping? Hydraulic piping provides transportation for fluid from one component to another. It can provide an inherent versatility to designers at times. Steel pipes, copper pipes, stainless steel pipes, and rubber hoses are used in piping for hydraulic equipment. Copper pipes are not used in common practice because it accelerates oxidation of petroleum-based hydraulic fluids

Industrial Pneumatic Piping Work

The basic function of pneumatic tubing and hose is to convey pressurized air to actuators, valves, tools and other devices.Tubing for air applications may be extruded of a single material or reinforced internally, typically with textile fibers, for higher strength. Polyethylene. Polyethylene (PE) is widely used with pneumatics, and its semi-rigid nature permits use with push-to-connect fittings without clamps. It is also one of the lower-cost plastic materials and satisfies many requirements that call for inexpensive, lightweight tubing.

Type of Cable Trays

  • 01. Ladder Type Cable Tray
  • 02. Solid Bottom Cable Tray
  • 03. Trough Cable Tray
  • 04. Channel Cable Tray
  • 05. Wire Mesh Cable Tray
  • 06. Single Rail Cable Tray

Design of MEP System for Plant

In the construction world, MEP stands for "mechanical, electrical and plumbing "MEP engineering is the science and art of planning, designing and managing the MEP systems of a building. MEP systems are responsible for the “creature comfort" features of a structure. MEP Engineer is a single-level professional classification responsible for planning and design in the areas of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems including developing polices, standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools for MEP matters involving judicial branch facilities.

Most important skills engineer for an MEP Services

  • 01. 2D CAD (Computer-aided design) Drawings are the primary way you communicate your designs, so experience in drafting is necessary
  • 02. BIM (Building Information Modelling)
  • 03. Practical construction knowledge
  • 04. Building codes and standards
  • 05. Communication
  • 06. Teamwork

Electrical Panel Design & Installation

They protect and organize the electrical wiring system, which is by far the most fragile, and dangerous set of wires that encircle an establishment. The panel board serves as a place to put the most important components of an electrical system so that it's easily fixed by experts. MCC PANEL. MCC stands for motor control center.Motor control centers are in modern practice a factory assembly of several motor starters. A motor control center can include variable frequency drives, programmable controllers, and metering and may also be the electrical service entrance for the building. HT Panels are generally used to supply power to various electrical devices and distribution boards.LT Panels are used with low tension cables to obtain power from the generator or transformer and distribute electricity to various electrical devices and distribution boards.
